In this month’s Sunday Business Post’s ERP report, Mark McArdle talks about Intact’s journey from software built in the 1990’s to our latest .Net offering, Intact iQ.
This growth has come as a result of hard work, customer loyalty and an internal culture for continuous innovation.
Today it’s all about greater connectivity and mobility. Mobile access to critical business data is now a key requirement sought by SMEs looking to stay in control of their business, whether in or out of the office. Disappointingly, many legacy software systems are unable to offer this flexibility.
Mark claims ‘With Intact iQ, we actively encourage our customers to figure out what it is they want to see at the end of each day or in some cases, as it happens and then tailor our software to provide it for them be it in a report, SMS or personal dashboard”.
Mark points out that whilst changing systems is not always easy, the flexibility within Intact iQ makes "our software easy to change to and easy to stay with". You not only get to replicate what you like about your current system but future integrations, mobility and things you haven't even thought of yet have been considered too.
