The Intact Software offices will be closed from12pmon Monday the 24thof December and will re-open on Wednesday the 2nd of January.
We will be retaining a skeleton support staff to provide emergency support services as per the schedule below.
24th, 27th, 28th & 31st of December: Emergency Support from 8am- 12pm.
Please note this service is only available on the dates specified in the mornings; from 8am - 12pm only.
Emergency support (system down or business critical) only is provided on the above dates – general support queries can be logged on the Intact Software Helpdesk Portal and our agents will address these on our return in January.
